A Taste of Osaka in Echo Park
Kushiba offers a selection of seasonal kushikatsu and Japanese dishes alongside a curated selection of Japanese beers, whisky, sake, shochu, and crafted highball cocktails.
"Kushikatsu" are crispy skewers originating from Osaka Japan! Meats, seafood and vegetables are lightly coated in a batter made of mountain yam and flour, tossed in fresh panko then fried. Sticks are best enjoyed with drinks!
