KUSHIBA～ is an izakaya located in the heart of Echo Park specializing in “kushikatsu”, an Osaka delicacy of fried skewers, by Michelin-Starred Chef David Schlosser. We offer a local dining experience inspired and set in Showa Era of Japan featuring a wide variety of set and seasonal kushikatsu, Japanese dishes, highball cocktails, and a curated selection of Japanese beers, whisky, sake, and shochu.
